它是块根，用不着换盆。发黄发软我觉得你是浇水太多高频，盘内有积水这非常容易导致烂根。浇水不要浇到茎叶上，掀开叶片浇水到盆里。把渗透下来的水及时倒掉。一定要保持好通风。
